CRF230F01 kit - Caliper bracket, 4 bolts, 2 axle spacers.
Heli-coil version. You must buy and install heli-coils.
$125 (PayPal only) includes USPS shipping (USA only).
The caliper bracket mounts the stock CRF230F front brake caliper to the stock CRF150R forks.
You must buy and install a heli-coil in each caliper mounting tab; described in the instructions.
The mounting bolts are Honda dished-head flange bolts, 2 of each: M8-1.25x35 and M8-1.25x45.
The axle spacers are used to mount the stock CRF230F front wheel to the stock CRF150R forks using the stock CRF150R axle.
Installation instructions are included.

CRF230F04 kit - Caliper bracket, 4 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 axle spacers.
NO heli-coil version.
$125 (PayPal only) includes USPS shipping (USA only).
The caliper bracket mounts the stock CRF230F front brake caliper to the stock CRF150R forks.
You do not need to install heli-coils with this kit; it uses nuts and bolts instead.
The mounting bolts are Honda dished-head flange bolts M8-1.25x45 x 2 and button head socket cap screws M8-1.25x50 x 2.
Two Honda flange lock nuts are included also.
The axle spacers are used to mount the stock CRF230F front wheel to the stock CRF150R forks using the stock CRF150R axle.
Installation instructions are included.

A slight change covers CR85R and CR80R forks also.
CRF230F03 kit - Fork steering stop, bolts, lock washers.
$35 (PayPal only) includes USPS shipping (USA only).
This fork steering stop is used with the modified CRF150R triple clamps to provide a fork stop when moving the handlebars from side to side.
The stock CDI must be moved from the fork steering tube to another location (I chose under the fuel tank). This fork steering stop is then bolted to the fork steering tube. Two stainless steel bolts and lock washers are included in the kit.

CRF230F05 kit - Footpeg adapter plates, bolts.

The kit includes:
2 aluminum adapter plates
2 stock CRF230F footpeg mounting bolts - M10-1.25 x 45
2 M8-1.25 x 16 Stainless Steel Socket Head Cap Screws
2 M10-1.25 x 50 class 10.9 bolts
The Honda Step Bracket is not included in the kit; shown for illustration purpose only.

CRF230F06 kit - SKF bearings 12x35x11, 12 mm axle spacers.
$65 (PayPal only) includes USPS shipping (USA only).
The kit includes:
2 custom SKF 12x35x11 bearings
12 mm axle spacers
SKF bearings only - $40 (PayPal only) includes USPS shipping (USA only).
The bearings are installed in a stock CRF230F front wheel; reuse the stock seals and distance collar.
The CRF230F wheel and CR80/85 axle with 12 mm axle spacers are mounted on CR80/85 forks.
